Privacy policy

Last updated: 30 October 2026

This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit our website or buy from us. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

1. Who we are

This website is operated by PAWSGLAD LTD, trading as Drizzlehound, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17425634), registered office 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. 2. The data we collect

  • Contact and delivery details: name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address.
  • Order details: what you bought, prices, order history, returns and refunds.
  • Payment details: handled securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
  • Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed and how you use the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
  • Marketing preferences: whether you have agreed to receive emails from us.

We do not collect special category data (for example health information), and our website is not intended for children.

4. Who we share your data with

We only share what is needed, with providers who process it on our behalf and under contract:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and checkout.
  • Payment providers (such as Shopify Payments and PayPal), to take payment and prevent fraud.
  • Our suppliers and fulfilment partners, who pack and ship your order. They receive your name, delivery address and phone number only, so they can deliver it.
  • Delivery companies, to deliver your parcel and provide tracking.
  • Order-management and email tools we use to run the shop.
  • Advertising and analytics partners (for example TikTok), only if you accept those cookies.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the UK. Shopify processes data in Canada and the United States. Our fulfilment partners are based in China, and receive your delivery details because this is necessary to send you your order. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or, for delivery details sent to our fulfilment partners, the fact that the transfer is necessary to perform our contract with you.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Order and accounting records: 6 years after the end of the financial year, as required by UK tax law.
  • Customer service messages: up to 2 years after your last contact.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, after which we keep only what is needed to respect your choice.
  • Cookies: for the periods shown in our cookie banner.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal data we hold about you;
  • have inaccurate data corrected;
  • have your data deleted, where there is no reason for us to keep it;
  • restrict or object to how we use your data, including for direct marketing;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent.

To use any of these rights, email ecomlife297@gmail.com. We will reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity first.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to make the shop work, such as your basket and checkout. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure our adverts. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies in our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time.

9. Security

Our store and checkout run on Shopify, which uses encryption and is PCI DSS compliant. Access to your data is limited to the people and providers who need it.

10. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please contact us first and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO): ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, phone 0303 123 1113.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
