Terms of service

These terms apply to all purchases made on this website, operated by PAWSGLAD LTD, trading as Drizzlehound ("we", "us", "our"). PAWSGLAD LTD is registered in England and Wales under company number 17425634, with its registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG. Contact: ecomlife297@gmail.com. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We'll send you an email to acknowledge your order. The contract between us is formed when we email to confirm your order has been dispatched. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable or if there is an obvious pricing error.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

3. Delivery

Delivery estimates are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

4. Returns and cancellations

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Our full returns process is set out in our Refund policy.

5. Product use

Please measure your dog carefully and check the fit, buckles and D-ring before every walk. Never leave your dog unattended while wearing the coat. The coat is water-repellent and designed for everyday wet-weather walks; it is not a buoyancy aid or life jacket.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
